He’s a graduate of Lincoln Culinary Institute and has worked at some iconic spots like Louisville’s Galt House Hotel and The Brown Hotel, where he earned the prestigious Rose Award for Culinary in Kentucky! Chef Justin has collaborated with top chefs across Louisville, New Albany, and elite country clubs, and now he’s bringing his talent right here to River Oak Chophouse.
